Key responsibilities for this role include

  • Solvent production in liquid form and batch processing. loading and unloading of chemical solvents and mixtures in bulk into drums, railcars, holding containers, and tanker trucks.
  • monitoring the loading and unloading of railcars and tank trucks.
  • handling and upkeep of tools such hoses, filter housings, and pneumatic sanitary pumps.
  • Pallet jack and forklift operation.
  • By reviewing work orders, establishing systems, and applying controls, prepare production processes.
  • Solvents and solvent blends can be made by starting, observing, and managing the processing of raw materials.
  • By gathering samples, finishing quality assurance tests, and changing process controls, quality standards are kept up.
  • Maintain the processing system by looking into errors and warnings, getting or doing the necessary maintenance work on the manufacturing machinery.

  • By recognising issues, assessing them, and suggesting new approaches, processing systems can be made better.
  • Follow safety, health, and environmental standards and procedures to maintain the processing environment.

  • GED or high school diploma
