Essential Functions:
The spirited Pool & Beach Team includes the Beach Attendant. Water, spritzing, towels, and assistance in finding personal accommodations near the beach are all offered to visitors. In the beach area, this includes putting up and taking down chairs and beach towels. Since this position will be in close touch with visitors, effective communication skills are essential.
We are searching for people who are highly motivated team players who strive for greatness. The ideal applicant would be able to operate in a fast-paced workplace and have past experience in a high-end resort or hotel. Candidates must have a flexible schedule and be able to work all shifts, weekends, and holidays. They must also be able to work outside all year round.
- Helps people sign into the pool and gives instructions on the rules and regulations of the park and pool.
- dispenses food and drinks while utilising a point-of-sale system
- uses a computer, point-of-sale device, or electronic cash register while adhering to specified financial accountability standards.
- keeps thorough records on concession sales and pool statistics (such as water quality and maintenance schedule).
- Works freely with clients both inside and outside the company, takes into account everyone’s wants and perspectives, and keeps up good working relationships.
- enforces all safety regulations near the pool and in its vicinity.
- Helps with closing procedures such balancing the cash drawer, rearranging pool furniture, cleaning restrooms, storing supplies and food, and locking up the facility.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills
