What will I be doing?
The Front Office Team, which serves as the primary point of contact between guests, the hotel, and the other hotel departments, will be under your management as front desk manager. A front office manager must carry out the ensuing duties to the highest calibre because they are in charge of controlling our guests’ first impressions.
- Maintain good standards by supervising the entire front office function.
- Examine levels of customer satisfaction and track trends with an eye toward ongoing development.
- Make sure the front desk department performs with a sales mindset, recognises frequent and VIP guests, and promotes the hotel chain’s loyalty programme.
- Maximize room occupancy at the greatest rates and promote hotel amenities and services by using upselling strategies.
- Keep an eye on the appearance, performance, and standards of the front office personnel, with a strong emphasis on teamwork and training.
- Ascertain that team members are regularly trained to acquire and comprehend policies and procedures, have up-to-date understanding of hotel products, services, pricing, and policies, as well as local expertise.
- preserve effective working connections and lines of communication with all hotel departments.
- Keep an eye on staffing levels to satisfy company expectations.
- Create minutes of monthly communication meetings.
- Manage employee performance issues in accordance with the policies and procedures of the firm.
- Manage, develop, and train the Front Office team
- Abide by all health and safety laws, fire rules, and hotel security measures.
- When working with front-of-house equipment and property management systems, follow all policies and procedures.
- Help out other departments as needed

- Outstanding interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills
